The DEGREE 48 cavity pet preform mould is a type of hot runner preform mould that utilizes a pin valve gate system. With a total of 48 cavities, it is capable of producing preforms weighing between 8-40 grams at a rate of 7500-8000 pieces per hour.

  • To ensure precise temperature control, the mould is equipped with a PID temperature controller, thermo-couple, and temperature control meter.
  • This combination guarantees that the temperature fluctuates within a narrow range of ±1°C.
  • Additionally, the weight tolerance of the preforms is maintained within ±0.2 grams,
  • The thickness tolerance is within ±0.10mm.
